Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. As a key player in our development process, you will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, supporting product development and driving value across the organization. 

What would you work on?  

• Analyze business needs and gather requirements by interacting with business stakeholders and experts. 
• Translate requirements into functional specifications. 
• Define and prioritize the roadmap based on business needs and technical feasibility. 
• Support quality assurance by reviewing test scenarios for automation. 
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and solutions. 
• Oversee and analyze technical errors backlog in cooperation with development teams. 

What makes you a great candidate? 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, working closely with software development teams. 
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• Solid technical background. 
• Proactive and self-motivated personality with a strong work ethic. 
• Experience with Confluence and Jira (or similar). 
• Fluent in English.
