Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on the hybrid role of Project Manager and Business Analyst. This role combines leadership in project management and product ownership with analytical expertise to deliver innovative IT solutions. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring successful project execution and product development. 

What would you work on?  

• Analyze business needs and gather requirements by interacting with business stakeholders and experts. 
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications. 
• Define and prioritize the roadmap based on business needs and technical feasibility. 
• Manage the day-to-day operations of complex projects / programs to ensure successful delivery of the project scope. 
• Oversee and analyze technical errors backlog in cooperation with development teams. 

What makes you a great candidate? 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, working closely with software development teams. 
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• Solid understanding of technical terms and concepts (SQL, logs reading, ...). 
• Proactive and self-motivated personality with a strong work-ethic. 
• Experience with Confluence and Jira (or similar). 
• Fluent in English.
