You'll focus on identifying top-notch candidates to help us shape the future of Second Foundation. You will partner closely with hiring managers, streamline recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences—taking candidates from their first introduction to a seamless onboarding journey.

We’re looking for a proactive, independent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house team at Second Foundation. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing top-tier candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, and refining strategies to attract and retain the best. You’ll play a key role in shaping our future by delivering outstanding candidate experiences - taking candidates from their first introduction to a seamless onboarding journey. 

What would you work on? 

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. 
  • Find and engage top talent using diverse sourcing strategies. 
  • Be the first point of contact ensuring top-notch candidate experience.  
  • Focus on quality over quantity. Bring in fresh sourcing ideas and find the right talent that truly fits! 
  • Act as a partner and a strategic advisor to hiring managers, advising on recruitment strategies to meet their hiring needs and align with broader business goals. 
  • Represent SF at various university events and job fairs, helping us build a strong brand.   
  • Follow closely local and global market trends and reflect on applied recruitment strategies, contributing to making them better than ever.  

What makes you a great candidate? 

  • A university degree. 
  • Recruitment experience in tech or fintech, software development or engineering; hiring for tech or business teams, in fast-paced environments. 
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.  
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Czech, written and oral.  
  • A genuine passion for (tech) recruitment and a desire to grow in the field. 
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver a stellar candidate experience. 
  • A people-first mindset: sound judgment, strong integrity and fairness in dealing with people. 
  • Nice to have: Experience in university relations, recruitment marketing, or community building.
